About the role

Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is seeking a Business Development Executive based in Rome. Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, you will focus exclusively on acquiring new partners and expanding Fresha’s footprint across the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify and outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
  • Present, demo and sell Fresha’s suite of products and services to prospective partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and log outcomes in the CRM.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned partners.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a SaaS or technology‑focused environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships at senior levels.
  • Self‑motivated, autonomous and comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment.
