About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and contribute to revenue growth for our packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the packaging industry.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform sales strategies.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report performance metrics.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in B2B packaging or related sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyse market data and competitor activity.
• Organised, strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
