About the role
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across the APAC region for gaming and technology brands. The role combines strategic planning, relationship management, and consultative sales, offering the chance to work with globally recognised clients on high‑impact campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets for gross margin, client acquisition and conversion in the APAC market.
- Own the full business development cycle: prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and closing.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with gaming and tech clients, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy and events teams to ensure proposals are innovative and commercially sound.
- Optimise sales operations by improving CRM workflows and lead‑management processes using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and client meetings locally and internationally.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing.
- Proven experience in the gaming or technology sector.
- Background in an in‑house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency.
- Strong track record of managing pipelines and closing deals independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English required, Mandarin or Korean a plus.
- Experience working across multiple APAC markets and willingness to travel.
