Business Development Manager – Italy

About the role

Headout is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its Business Team in Rome. You will own and grow relationships with some of the most iconic attractions in Italy, such as the Colosseum and Vatican Museums, and help shape the commercial strategy that drives sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand partnerships with key attraction suppliers across Italy.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies in collaboration with the General Manager and Growth teams.
• Identify new business opportunities, onboard new suppliers, and broaden the inventory.
• Work closely with Operations, Product, Tech, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless execution and partner satisfaction.
• Analyse market trends, partner performance and customer demand to optimise revenue and distribution.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in Italian and English.
• 2‑5 years of experience in business development, sales or key account management.
• Proven ability to manage senior external partners and collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams.
• Strong operational mindset, analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
• Team player comfortable in multicultural environments.
