About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new enterprise business and expand strategic accounts within the payments and financial infrastructure sector. This remote‑first position will have you own the full sales cycle, engaging directly with senior stakeholders such as founders, CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end enterprise sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop consultative, tailored sales strategies that address client challenges and showcase the value of a unified payments platform.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous feedback.
- Contribute to the evolution of sales playbooks, processes, and Ideal Customer Profile definitions.
- Accurately forecast performance and manage CRM data and reporting.
Required profile
- Proven experience in enterprise or strategic B2B sales, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or complex technology environments.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high‑performance setting.
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles involving multiple senior stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable in fast‑paced, ambiguous, remote environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with a bias toward action and continuous learning.
