Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote Italy

About the role

Entrupy is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its remote team in Italy. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to generate and qualify leads that feed the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify, and engage prospective customers via calls, emails, social media, and networking.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to defined criteria.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and conversion rates.
• Continuously refine outreach strategies based on market feedback.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of sales, lead generation, or customer‑facing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient, proactive, and self‑motivated “hunter” mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously.
• Team player willing to learn and adapt quickly.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with prospecting platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
