Business Performance Analyst – Welfare & Employee Services

About the role

The Business Performance Analyst will turn financial and operational data into actionable insights for Security, Facilities, Welfare and the Company Solidarity Fund. This fixed‑term position supports budgeting, project analysis and governance of employee‑focused initiatives within a global, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, monitoring and analysis of OPEX and CAPEX budgets, including annual cycles, quarterly reviews and mid‑year estimates.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and performance analyses for management decision‑making.
• Coordinate the governance of the Company Solidarity Fund, managing board meetings, documentation and relationships with members and auditors.
• Administer employee welfare programmes such as childcare reimbursements, scholarships and retiree services.
• Provide analytical and project‑management support for strategic initiatives, preparing business cases and tracking milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Finance or a related quantitative field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in controlling, business analysis, finance or project management.
• Fluent in Italian and English with strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• Familiarity with SAP
• Experience with business‑intelligence tools

What we offer

• Gross annual base salary of at least €34,000, in line with the national collective bargaining agreement.
