About the role

The Business Travel Consultant coordinates end‑to‑end travel for corporate teams and executives, ensuring every itinerary runs smoothly from inbox to airport gate. This role blends operational precision, relationship management, and negotiation to keep global business moving without disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle business travel, including flights, hotels, transfers and related logistics.
• Anticipate travel needs and resolve issues before they impact schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during disruptions, emergencies or last‑minute changes.
• Coordinate travel across multiple time zones and regions with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
• Build and nurture a network of airlines, hotels, agencies and service providers.
• Negotiate rates, contracts and service conditions to achieve cost‑effective, consistent travel solutions.
• Create and manage supplier agreements to optimise long‑term collaboration.

Required profile

• Experienced frequent traveler with deep knowledge of airport processes and travel hacks.
• Calm under pressure; able to resolve cancellations and changes quickly.
• Proactive, ten‑step thinker who values accuracy and timing.
• Resourceful and well‑connected, knowing who to call to get things done.
• Reliable, discreet and trusted when situations become complex.
• Strong relationship builder with commercial partners and service providers.
• Commercially aware with the ability to secure favourable terms and protect agreements over time.
