C# .NET Developer – Enterprise Applications

About the role

MSC Technology Italy is looking for an experienced Microsoft developer to join its international technology team. You will work on enterprise‑grade applications that support the global shipping business, collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using C# with .NET Framework 4.7.2 and .NET 8+
• Build robust WPF desktop applications with XAML‑based user interfaces
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services for distributed systems
• Design, optimise and manage Microsoft SQL Server databases, including schema design and stored procedures
• Implement comprehensive unit and integration testing strategies
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Ensure code quality through Git version control, code reviews and branching strategies
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Microsoft developer with strong problem‑solving abilities
• Passion for learning new technologies and applying them to business challenges
• Ability to work across desktop, backend and cloud environments
• Effective communication and teamwork in an international setting
