Channel Store Advisor – Retail Partner

About the role

As a Channel Store Advisor you will represent Apple inside a partner retail store, helping customers discover and adopt Apple products while building strong relationships with the store’s staff. You will act as the primary Apple point‑of‑contact, driving brand awareness, product knowledge and sales performance in a multi‑brand environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by showcasing Apple devices, accessories and services.
• Conduct individual and group product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and partner staff.
• Maintain Apple merchandising standards, ensuring fixtures, product exposures and signage are up‑to‑date.
• Monitor store inventory, perform daily care and inspections, and report any issues for timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to expand Apple’s presence, promote new promotions and drive sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with the partner’s team to become a trusted business advisor.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail or sales experience.
• Passion for helping customers understand how technology can enrich their lives.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
