Chef de Rang – Luxury Hotel Service

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a passionate Chef de Rang to join its dining team for the 2026 summer season. Working in either Il Palagio Restaurant (breakfast) or Al Fresco Trattoria (dinner), you will help deliver the high‑end, personalized service that defines the Four Seasons brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer menu and wine suggestions, and respond promptly to requests.
• Guide guests through menu selections, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables according to Four Seasons service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in food service, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining environment.
• Outgoing personality with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Micros Operating System.
