Client Advisor

About the role

As a Client Advisor at Burberry, you will be the face of the brand in a luxury retail environment, building lasting relationships with new and returning clients. You will deliver personalised service that reflects Burberry’s heritage and contemporary vision, using storytelling and styling expertise to inspire customers.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales targets while meeting commercial performance indicators.
• Engage clients through storytelling that conveys Burberry’s values, craftsmanship, and collection uniqueness.
• Provide expert product, trend, and styling advice tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Manage the full client journey from welcome to post‑sale follow‑up, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain luxury standards in store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, cohesive work environment.
