Client Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Client Advisor will deliver an unforgettable, sophisticated experience to every visitor and client of the Saint Laurent boutique. Working closely with the management team, you will help drive sales, nurture client relationships, and uphold the Maison’s values and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client and after‑sale service to all visitors.
• Identify client needs, anticipate future requests, and create personalized, timeless looks.
• Build and maintain a robust client portfolio to generate proactive business growth.
• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators through an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Use all available tools to optimise business opportunities and support front‑ and back‑of‑house teams.
• Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
• Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Professional experience in high‑quality client‑focused service, preferably in fashion, accessories, luxury hospitality or retail.
• Passion for fashion culture and ability to create personalized looks.
• Business‑oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Open‑minded, authentic, and comfortable with change.
• Strong team spirit and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and the local language.
