Client Services Representative

About the role

Group O is looking for a Client Services Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for valued clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support throughout the order fulfillment process.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date client information in the ERP system, set up orders and manage order completion.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or chat, providing timely and accurate information.
• Resolve client issues and complaints, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, technical support and account management to ensure timely resolutions.
• Gather and file proof of deliveries, packing slips and other shipping documents.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and educate clients about products and services.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in customer service or client‑facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and use ERP software.
