Clients & Markets Junior Coordinator / Coordinator

About the role

Dentons is looking for a Clients and Markets Junior Coordinator or Coordinator to join its Milan team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (CCNL Commercio, III level). The role supports the business development and marketing activities of a team of lawyers working in a full-service law firm.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and deliver domestic and international pitches, proposals, credentials, capability statements, CVs and presentations.
• Work on brochures and other marketing materials, together with the European digital and creative teams, to implement branded collateral.
• Draft submissions for Italian and international directories and awards.
• Update and implement marketing databases managed locally or through Dentons' network.
• Provide general support to marketing and communication initiatives and projects, domestic and international.
• Support BD initiatives coordinated by the Italian team or the international network.
• Support the implementation and updating of the firm's CRM tools.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a Marketing and Business Development team in professional services, preferably in an international law firm.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; C1 level preferable.
• University degree, preferably in economics or law, in addition to marketing education.
• Flexible team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Able to work under short deadlines and manage several priorities and tasks at once.

Required skills

• Excellent computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access on Windows.
• Use of InterAction is an added value.

What we offer

• 12-month fixed-term contract under the CCNL Commercio, III level.
• Gross annual salary (RAL) of EUR 32,000 - 37,000, depending on experience and profile.
