Commercial Account Executive – SMB

About the role

Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices worldwide and is expanding its presence in Italy. As a Commercial Account Executive for SMBs, you will join a high‑performing global sales organization and work closely with senior sales leadership to grow the customer base of dental practices in the Italian market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle – qualify, discover, and close new SMB customers.
• Proactively prospect and engage dental practices to drive new client acquisition.
• Shape Dandy’s Italian sales motion, messaging, and processes as a founding voice.
• Track activity, pipeline, and performance consistently in Salesforce.
• Become a student of dentistry and an expert on Dandy’s product and value proposition.
• Partner with senior sales leadership to hit revenue targets and refine KPIs.
• Operate with urgency, accountability, and a bias toward action in a fast‑moving environment.

Required profile

• 4+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a full‑cycle closing role.
• Background in a high‑growth startup or scaling environment.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with limited structure and resources.
• Strong organizational skills and disciplined pipeline management.
• High proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Demonstrated track record of professional success.
