Commercial Back Office Specialist

About the role

Join Kubota Italy’s Sales Support team as a Commercial Back Office Specialist. You will act as the operational hub for the commercial network, assisting sales inspectors, dealers, and management with daily administrative and commercial tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to sales inspectors, handling delivery requests, availability checks, order modifications, and documentation flow.
• Assist dealers with product availability, pricing, order exchanges, delivery address changes, and transport damage reports.
• Enter and manage orders, verify prices and discounts, maintain Excel tracking files, and oversee inventory and price‑list updates.
• Archive warranty extensions, validate invoices via ESKER, and update sales figures in the DRIVE system.
• Perform data analysis, prepare sales statistics, manage the main phone line, welcome visitors, and support event organization.
• Conduct small translations and communicate updates to the dealer network.

Required profile

• Experience in a commercial or administrative back‑office environment.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong accuracy, teamwork, and service orientation.
• Professional level of English communication.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with invoice validation tools such as ESKER.
