Commercial Director – Resort & Spa

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Director to lead the commercial activities of Arbatax Park Resort & Spa in Sardinia. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on operational leadership to maximise revenue across rooms, food & beverage, MICE, wellness and experience offerings while delivering the brand’s “Welcome Home” promise.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the resort’s commercial strategy, positioning and pricing policy.
• Lead revenue management, forecasting and demand planning, translating data into actionable insights.
• Optimise all revenue streams (rooms, F&B, MICE, wellness, experiences) and monitor KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, market share and conversion.
• Shape distribution strategy across direct channels, OTAs and digital platforms to increase direct bookings and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Group Sales & Marketing on campaigns, international partnerships and local marketing initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities across markets, segments and seasons.
• Build, coach and inspire a high‑performing commercial team.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of senior commercial leadership experience in 4‑ or 5‑star hotels, resorts or lifestyle destinations.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and market positioning.
• Strong international exposure and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent analytical, planning and decision‑making skills.
