About the role

Join the award‑winning Mandarin Oriental in Milan as a Commis de Rang for Seta, the hotel’s fine‑dining restaurant. You will be part of a dedicated team that delivers exceptional service to discerning guests in an elegant, upscale setting.

Key responsibilities

Transport dishes from the kitchen to tables quickly and accurately.
Maintain constant communication with kitchen staff and dining room colleagues to ensure seamless service.
Prepare the dining area before service, including setting cutlery and ensuring cleanliness of the restaurant and bar‑bistro areas.
Interact with guests courteously, offering sincere hospitality with a smile.

Required profile

Self‑motivated with strong communication skills.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Enthusiastic about delivering professional, impeccable service.
