Communication & Social Media Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Communication & Social Media Coordinator to join the Church’s and Car Shoe brand team at our Milan headquarters. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications, you will shape the brand’s online presence, create engaging content and support the overall communication calendar.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the communication, marketing and commercial road‑map and drive the Go‑to‑Market calendar.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social‑media strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate and schedule high‑quality content for platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and WeChat.
• Manage and moderate social‑media accounts, monitor metrics and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Oversee e‑commerce and brand‑campaign productions, including product shoots and editorial content.
• Track competitor activities and stay current with social‑media trends and best practices.
• Monitor the communication budget and collaborate with agencies, creative partners and production teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar communication or social‑media role.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams across global markets.
• Strong understanding of the luxury sector and its visual codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Solid organizational skills with a solution‑oriented mindset and strict deadline focus.
