Communication & Sustainability Analyst

About the role

Oldrati Group is seeking a Communication & Sustainability Analyst to join its headquarters in Adro, Italy. The role will support the development and implementation of communication strategies and sustainability initiatives, helping the company report its environmental performance and promote its values across internal and external channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal and external communication activities across corporate channels.
• Assist sustainability projects, data collection, analysis, and documentation.
• Contribute to the preparation of the Sustainability Report and related reporting activities.
• Complete sustainability questionnaires, customer assessments, and related documentation.
• Create presentations, reports, and corporate communication materials.
• Organise trade fairs, company events, and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Update content for the intranet and other communication platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and international plants on communication and sustainability tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in communication, sustainability, or related fields.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with a creative, detail‑oriented mindset.
