About the role
Join PMI’s Communications team in Rome as a Communications Supervisor. You will help shape external communication priorities, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and support the affiliate’s reputation as the company transitions to smoke‑free products.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute external communication strategies aligned with business and reputational goals.
- Support external positioning by coordinating stakeholder engagement and media interactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media and external partners.
- Create communication narratives, key messages, and positioning across relevant topics.
- Provide advisory support to internal stakeholders and leadership for major engagements.
- Coordinate agencies and internal teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery of communication workstreams.
Required profile
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align communication plans to business objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Proven experience in narrative development and media relations.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with external agencies.
