About the role
Talent Garden is seeking a Community Manager for its Isola campus in Milan. You will be the daily point of contact for members, guests and visitors, shaping a vibrant, inclusive environment that reflects the Talent Garden experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for members, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Oversee hospitality standards across common areas, meeting rooms, reception and member services.
- Curate day‑to‑day campus activities to create an energetic and detail‑oriented atmosphere.
- Build and nurture relationships, facilitating collaborations and networking opportunities within the ecosystem.
- Plan and execute community initiatives, workshops, networking events and informal gatherings.
- Collaborate with the City Lead on retention, occupancy and sales‑related activities.
- Monitor community sentiment, identify improvement opportunities and report on budgets and calendars.
- Coordinate with other Talent Garden campuses to share best practices and create synergies.
Required profile
- Approximately 2 years of experience in community, hospitality, events, operations or customer‑experience roles.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and a natural ability to make people feel welcome.
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail and organizational precision.
- Familiarity with the Milan innovation ecosystem and ability to spot relevant trends.
