Compliance Specialist

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join its Milan office. The role focuses on identifying potential compliance risks across business activities and delivering professional support and recommendations to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct compliance reviews of contractual terms and business arrangements, highlighting potential risks and providing detailed comments.
• Perform compliance assessments for sales projects, focusing on bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, and other significant risks.
• Support compliance inspections and risk assessments, helping to identify control weaknesses and gaps.
• Assist in creating training materials, case studies, and drill programs, and help deliver compliance training and awareness sessions.
• Coordinate responses to external inquiries and support incident handling.
• Maintain compliance policies, procedures, and documentation, organize regular compliance meetings, and track follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal, compliance, internal control, audit, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of compliance risk management and assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
