Concierge

About the role

The Concierge is the primary point of contact for guests seeking personalized services and information at our luxury property. You will ensure every request is handled promptly and professionally, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, and dry‑cleaning.
• Provide detailed information about the property, local amenities, events, and activities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) to resolve guest needs.
• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service quality, and guest safety.
• Maintain shift logs, document pertinent information, and report any accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Uphold company policies, appearance standards, confidentiality, and asset protection.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Commitment to safety training, quality standards, and teamwork.
