Construction Project Manager – Utility-Scale Solar

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of utility‑scale solar projects for a fast‑growing Italian IPP. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from procurement through handover, ensuring that each installation meets schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from procurement to handover, guaranteeing on‑time, on‑budget delivery with high quality standards.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor contracts to optimise cost, schedule and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to define technical specifications and support design activities.
• Assist purchasing in selecting key components such as modules, inverters and trackers and plan their delivery.
• Collaborate with management control to prepare periodic financial and progress reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing large‑scale solar EPC projects.
• Strong technical EPC background with proven construction expertise.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
