Content & Community Director, Digital Infrastructure Events

About the role

CloserStill Media is looking for an experienced, commercially‑minded Content & Community Director to shape the content strategy, speaker acquisition and industry engagement for its flagship digital infrastructure event portfolio. This senior leadership position will drive program development, build influential industry communities and ensure the events deliver high value to senior audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define the annual content vision, program thesis and thematic pillars across AI infrastructure, compute, networking, sustainability, edge and emerging digital infrastructure trends.
• Design multi‑track agendas and innovative session formats such as keynotes, executive interviews, panels, workshops, roundtables and technical deep‑dives.
• Establish and manage an Industry Advisory Board of senior leaders from operators, enterprises, service providers and technology vendors.
• Recruit and secure industry‑leading speakers and build strong relationships with operators and technology providers.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing and operations teams to deliver exceptional attendee value, commercial impact and sustainable growth.
• Oversee program development, speaker logistics and post‑event analysis to continuously improve the portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering world‑class B2B technology conferences and building industry communities.
• Deep understanding of the digital infrastructure ecosystem, including cloud, AI, networking, data centers, power and cooling.
• Ability to engage senior decision‑makers and influence market positioning.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience working cross‑functionally with sales, marketing and operations.
