Content Production Intern

About the role

The Content Production Intern joins the HQ Content Service team and assists in delivering marketing and communications materials across all channels. Working closely with the Content Director and the wider team, the intern helps ensure projects are executed on time and to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day content activities and monitor project timelines.
• Provide organisational and logistical assistance to the Content Director.
• Help prepare and manage on‑site photo shoots and other production tasks.
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to coordinate content development.
• Assist in drafting content briefs, presentations, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Digital, PR, and Trade Marketing.
• Gather, organise, and manage content assets across projects and channels.
• Support creation, adaptation, and review of content for digital and offline media.
• Maintain content calendars and editorial planning tools.
• Help monitor content performance and prepare optimisation reports.
• Coordinate sample logistics for collections, tracking arrivals, returns, and inventory.
• Assist in scouting and maintaining a database of creative talent and production suppliers.

Required profile

• Outstanding communication, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Flexible, proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, international environment.
