Content Production Manager

About the role

The Content Production Manager will plan, adapt and deliver marketing and in‑store communication assets for H&M Group. Working closely with media agencies, production partners and store visual teams, you will ensure high‑quality content that aligns with global brand and campaign goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee adaptation and delivery of globally initiated activities across all media and in‑store communication channels.
• Coordinate local tactical activations, managing asset production and adaptation based on the local marketing plan.
• Serve as the main point of contact for media agencies regarding formats, assets and campaign materials.
• Collaborate with Store Visual teams to produce and coordinate store material.
• Track, brief and approve production and adaptation of assets with agencies and vendors.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Media, Production Management or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, content production or media (agency or client side).
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of paid media formats (TV, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print).
• Understanding of retail store communication formats and production processes.
