Content Specialist – Marketplace Optimization

About the role

Witailer is looking for a Content Specialist to join its Content team. The role focuses on e‑commerce and digital content, helping brands improve their visibility and conversion on Amazon and other marketplaces through strategic content coordination and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee execution of content‑related tasks, ensuring quality, consistency and adherence to SEO strategies.
• Develop and implement content strategies that strengthen brand positioning and conversion potential on Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Analyse project KPIs and SEO performance data to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement.
• Act as a liaison between operational teams and project management, supporting client communication, task prioritisation and issue resolution.
• Contribute to defining and refining workflows, identifying efficiency gains and growth opportunities.
• Promote best practices and ensure high standards of delivery across content operations.
