About the role

COMAS is seeking a Controller to join its AFC Department and report directly to the Finance Manager. The role is central to the company’s management control function, supporting decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the reference point for all management control activities.
• Elaborate and coordinate the monthly management closing process.
• Prepare the monthly Business Review and related analytical reports.
• Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts.
• Analyze project profitability and investigate root causes of deviations.
• Define and structure industrial management control activities linked to production plants.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and support to management.
• Serve as a Business Partner to the organization with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
• 4‑5 years of experience in a similar controlling role.
• Experience in the industrial machinery sector is a plus.
• Strong accounting background applied to controlling and performance measurement.
• Fluent English (for non‑native speakers).
• Proven interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High accountability, collaborative and results‑oriented attitude.
