About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a driven Controller to own the mechanisms that monitor business performance across its portfolio of digital products. You will translate budgets, actuals and forecasts into clear insights, helping the company scale with financial rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Produce reliable financial reporting across entities, products and markets.
• Analyze deviations from budget, forecast and prior performance, uncovering root causes and recommending actions.
• Track performance against budgets and forecasts, flagging risks and opportunities early.
• Define and refine the most relevant performance metrics, ensuring accountability and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Design and strengthen financial processes and internal controls, emphasizing automation, scalability and workflow simplification.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability; can solve complex problems from first principles.
• Bias‑resistant thinker who structures ideas sharply.
• Comfortable moving from “what happened?” to “why it happened and what to do next”.
