Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Internship

About the role

This 6‑month internship offers you the chance to work within the Corporate Affairs & Sustainability (CA&S) team of Coca‑Cola HBC Italia. You will support both strategic and tactical initiatives that enhance communication, community engagement, regulatory affairs and sustainability projects across the Italian Business Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing internal and external communication, sustainability and social impact programmes.
• Collaborate with Communication Managers to create compelling narratives and update tools such as intranet, newsletters, corporate website and marketing materials.
• Support the organisation of internal and external events, meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Prepare corporate documents including socio‑economic impact studies, CSR annual reports, corporate brochures and customer sustainability plans.
• Provide administrative support tailored to assigned projects and activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Communication, Public Affairs, Public Relations, Media Languages or Digital Marketing.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and strong written communication skills.
• High proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in a related field is a plus.
• Graphic and video editing abilities are highly appreciated.
• Dynamic, detail‑oriented, able to work independently and within a team.
