Corporate Controller – Finance Leadership

About the role

The Corporate Controller is a senior finance leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire controlling function at our Milan headquarters. Reporting to the Finance Director, the role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, drives budgeting and forecasting cycles, and provides value‑added analysis to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Controlling and Business Performance agenda across retail, outlet, e‑commerce, wholesale and operations channels.
• Act as finance business partner to evaluate profitability, monitor discount trends, margin evolution and pricing implications.
• Own the monthly financial reporting cycle, focusing on P&L performance, net sales, margins and key profitability indicators.
• Coordinate the annual budget and in‑year forecast processes, develop scenario and sensitivity analyses for strategic decisions.
• Oversee industrial controlling, G&A monitoring, production cost control, COGS, inventory valuation and reconciliation of structural costs.

Required profile

• Strong finance leadership experience with a focus on controlling and business performance.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial and operational teams to assess financial implications of strategic decisions.
• Experience managing budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting cycles.
• Capability to analyse root causes of performance deviations and translate data into actionable insights.
