Corporate M&A Lawyer (2-5 yrs PQE) – Boutique Firm – Milan

About the role

We are supporting a leading boutique full‑service law firm in Milan that advises international clients across a range of sectors. The firm seeks an Italian‑qualified lawyer with 2‑5 years of post‑qualification experience to join its Corporate M&A team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and lead corporate M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation of agreements.
• Support private equity and venture capital deals, from structuring to closing.
• Prepare and review commercial contracts for a variety of industries, notably energy.
• Provide general corporate law advice to domestic and international clients.

Required profile

• Admission to the Italian Bar.
• 2‑5 years of post‑qualification experience in corporate M&A.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
