Corporate M&A Lawyer – Rome

About the role

The firm is seeking an experienced Corporate M&A Lawyer to join its Rome office. The successful candidate will work on a variety of corporate transactions for international clients, supporting the firm’s growth and reputation in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Structuring and executing M&A transactions and related documentation.
• Handling private equity and venture capital deals.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Collaborating with cross‑border teams to serve international clients.

Required profile

• Admission to the Italian Bar.
• 2‑6 years of post‑qualification experience in corporate M&A.
• Strong understanding of private equity, venture capital, and commercial contract law.
