Corporate Sales Specialist – Milan

About the role

Join Marsh Risk’s Corporate sales team in Milan, focusing on private middle‑market clients. You will drive new business development, support prospecting, and manage sales negotiations independently.

Key responsibilities

• Support prospecting and commercial development through a consultative approach and cross‑functional liaison.
• Conduct territory analyses, market research, cold‑calling, and organize meetings with potential clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals, monitor sales KPIs, and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
• Understand client risk exposure, advise on insurance strategy, and help manage client portfolios.
• Achieve sales targets, stay informed on industry trends, and represent the company at events.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Law, Political or Social Sciences or related fields.
• Proven experience in the insurance sector, preferably in client‑facing commercial/sales roles.
• Fluent in English (B2) and Italian.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM tools and common IT applications.

• Permanent contract with a gross annual salary starting from €38,000, negotiable based on experience.
