About the role

The Country Operations Manager for Italy will lead retail operations across the market, ensuring performance targets are met and brand standards are consistently applied. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive growth, control loss, and support new store launches.

Key responsibilities

• Set, monitor, and optimise operational targets aligned with market performance goals.
• Establish and refine merchandise shrinkage targets to achieve effective loss control.
• Coordinate cross‑functional tasks to ensure smooth and timely new store openings.
• Oversee implementation of all store standards to maintain consistent brand and operational quality.
• Manage store staffing, talent development, and build high‑performing teams.
• Develop and implement plans to improve labour cost efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of retail operations or related management experience.
• Strong passion for retail with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Solid analytical skills to diagnose store operations and solve problems.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Strong market awareness and ability to respond quickly to industry changes.
• Independent data‑analysis skills, learning agility and adaptability.
• Willingness to work on overseas assignments.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
