Creative Designer – Digital Ads & Video

About the role

Algofy is seeking a versatile Creative Designer who can blend strategic thinking with hands‑on design and video production. You will craft high‑performing ad concepts, design eye‑catching assets, and bring user‑generated content to life using the latest AI‑enhanced tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Paid Media team to develop concepts for Meta and Google ad campaigns.
• Create static and animated visuals using Adobe Suite and Figma for web, email, and social channels.
• Produce short‑form UGC videos and edit them with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Apply AI‑powered tools to streamline workflows and add innovative visual effects.
• Conduct trend and competitor research to inform creative direction.
• Manage multiple design and video projects while meeting performance goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital advertising, graphic design, and video editing.
• Strong creative eye with attention to detail.
• Understanding of performance‑marketing principles and how creative impacts results.
• High‑level English proficiency (C2 or near‑native).
• Portfolio showcasing graphic and video work across platforms.
