Creative Designer

About the role

As a Creative Designer at Air Apps you will shape the brand’s visual identity and produce engaging designs for a variety of digital and print channels. Working onsite in Lisbon you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and Content teams to deliver consistent, high‑impact visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity that follows Air Apps’ brand guidelines.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics and layouts for web, social media, email campaigns, landing pages and print materials.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into compelling visual concepts.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, user insights and performance metrics.
• Conduct design quality assurance and ensure high‑quality output across all channels.
• Produce assets in multiple formats using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Approximately three years of experience creating assets for digital marketing, social media and web.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects.
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and design best practices.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate across teams.
