Crystal Ski Representative / Service Support – Local Residents

About the role

Join the Crystal Ski team to deliver outstanding hospitality to winter guests. You will be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, assists with transfers, and ensures a smooth, memorable mountain experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service on‑site and digitally, handling inquiries, delays and special requests.
• Sell ski passes, equipment, tuition and après‑ski activities, offering tailored advice.
• Coordinate transfers, special assistance and supplier bookings with the Operations Team.
• Maintain weekly paperwork, ski‑essential inventories and resort accounts.
• Keep the Crystal Ski Explorer App up‑to‑date and support the Contact Centre with accurate information.

Required profile

• Passion for mountains, skiing or snowboarding and a genuine love for hospitality.
• Positive attitude, resilience and strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn Crystal Ski products, services and technology.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
