About the role
The Customer Care Coordinator for Key Accounts – Import will be the first point of contact for our most important clients, handling inquiries and requests through Service Cloud and other channels. You will ensure a high level of service, resolve issues promptly, and support the digital transformation of our customer service operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide frontline responses to queries from Key Account clients, maintaining premium service standards.
- Resolve service issues quickly via Service Cloud and self‑service tools.
- Collaborate with the Customer Administration team, Key Account Support, and Key Account Specialists, escalating cases when needed.
- Promote and guide clients on the use of self‑service and e‑commerce tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations on all processes.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload and meet KPIs.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude.
- Good command of written and spoken English.

What we offer
- Gross annual salary (RAL) between €29,000 and €35,000, based on experience.
- Short‑term, 1‑year fixed‑term contract, full‑time.
