Customer Development Internship

About the role

Join Barilla's Customer Team for a 6‑month internship where you will gain hands‑on experience in category management, analytics and sales. You will support product performance analysis, in‑store shopper activities and e‑commerce projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support analysis of product performance within assigned customers.
• Work on category‑management projects and implement tailored in‑store shopper activities.
• Monitor and analyse the efficiency of in‑store promotions.
• Assist with e‑commerce channel projects, including data collection and reporting.
• Update BI tools and sales software related to main portfolio categories.
• Analyse distribution of new products in stores and help resolve supply issues.

Required profile

• 2nd‑year Master’s student or recent graduate in Trade Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics or Economics.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with a problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent academic record and fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Out‑of‑the‑box mindset; study or work experience abroad is a plus.
