Customer Service Attendant (Laundry)

About the role

Tip Top Laundry is looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Attendant to be the face of our business. You will greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues that arise with our laundry machines, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and guests, providing courteous service in English and, when possible, Spanish.
• Learn and master the Wash, Dry, Fold process to troubleshoot machine problems.
• Follow standardized Tip Top Laundry procedures to wash, dry, and fold drop‑off orders.
• Sell laundry merchandise, process payments, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Adhere to all company policies, core virtues, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Passion for customer success and a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability on every shift.
• Effective communicator, preferably bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Self‑starter with a willingness to learn the laundry process.
• Ability to lift 30‑50 lb safely.
