Customer Service Internship

About the role

Barilla is seeking a Customer Service Intern to support the Order to Cash process across assigned geographies, ensuring efficiency and a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support management of the Order to Cash (OTC) process, applying Incoterms and ensuring shipping feasibility.
• Coordinate logistics execution with internal teams to achieve on‑time delivery.
• Communicate proactively with customers about orders, stock situations, commercial conditions, product portfolio, import documentation, complaints and logistics topics.
• Assist customers and internal stakeholders with importation certificates and related documentation.
• Contribute to monitoring key logistics KPIs such as out‑of‑stock, order fulfilment rate, claims and pallet management.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional and international relations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent intercultural and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with strong analytical, structured and fact‑based approach.
• Fast learner in a dynamic environment, accurate data handling and quick reaction to ad‑hoc analysis.
• Digital dexterity and willingness to work abroad is a plus.
• Fluent English; Spanish or French a plus.
