About the role

MSX, a global partner to vehicle manufacturers, retailers and mobility organisations, is looking for a proactive Customer Experience Specialist fluent in French and Spanish to join its team in Rome. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, email and ticket system, ensuring customer satisfaction and following up on cases.

Key responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries via the ticket system or by phone calls
Ensure customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups
Apply company procedures in line with standards and policies

Required profile

Passion for the automotive field, teamwork orientation and initiative
Fluent English, French and Spanish
Previous customer-contact experience is a plus
Problem-solving and communication skills
Experience planning complex activity schedules is a plus

Required skills

Computer literacy, especially MS Office

What we offer

Internship (tirocinio) of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Hybrid arrangement in Rome: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
A flexible, international working environment
