Data Analyst – Finance (inclusive hiring)

About the role

As a Data Analyst within the Growth & Marketing team, you will lead finance‑focused analytics, building models and self‑service data assets that empower financial planning, reporting and operational steering.

Key responsibilities

• Develop P&L and cash‑flow analytics, plan‑vs‑actual monitoring models and KPI frameworks for Finance.
• Lead investor‑relations analytics, turning performance data into clear narratives for VC partners.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations and Product to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Build self‑service dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Hex and Looker.
• Design AI‑assisted workflows for anomaly detection, budget deviation alerts and automated re‑forecasting.

Required profile

• 4+ years in data analytics or BI, with at least 2 years handling high‑volume financial data.
• Hands‑on experience with financial data modelling, P&L structures and ERP schemas (e.g., SAP).
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and end‑to‑end ownership.
