Data Analyst - Finance

About the role

As a core member of the Growth & Marketing team, you will lead data and analytics for finance initiatives, building analytical models and self‑service assets that drive financial planning, reporting and operational steering.

Key responsibilities

• Develop P&L and cash‑flow analytics, plan‑vs‑actual monitoring models and financial KPI frameworks.
• Lead investor‑relations analytics, turning performance data into clear narratives for VC partners.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations and Product to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and visualisation tools using Hex, Looker and other platforms to enable self‑service reporting.
• Design AI‑assisted workflows for anomaly detection, budget deviation alerts and automated re‑forecasting.
• Contribute to the data mesh by creating financial data models and ETL pipelines.

Required profile

• 4+ years in data analytics or BI, with at least 2 years handling high‑volume financial data.
• Hands‑on experience with financial data modelling, P&L structures and cash‑flow analysis (SAP or similar ERP data).
• Strong problem‑solving ability, comfortable with ambiguity and end‑to‑end ownership.
• Proven stakeholder management skills across Finance and Marketing domains.
