Daytime Sales & Marketing Specialist (Musketeer)

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a dynamic Daytime Sales & Marketing Specialist – known as a “Musketeer” – to promote its premium brand in the on‑premise market of Catania. You will focus on cafés, bars and restaurants, driving daytime consumption and building strong relationships with hospitality partners.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Red Bull and showcase the brand to Italian cafés, bars and restaurants.
• Identify new business opportunities, promote daytime‑specific products and ensure product visibility and availability.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers and create alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
• Develop and execute on‑premise sales and marketing activities for the assigned region, monitoring trends and spotting opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver tailored pitches, using innovative tools and strategies.
• Conduct customer appointments, provide insights, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements and exceed sales targets.
• Apply creative problem‑solving and marketing ideas to keep Red Bull the leading brand in the on‑premise sector.

Required profile

• Strong enthusiasm for gastronomy and a deep interest in the forces shaping the hospitality sector.
• Passion, commitment and personal conviction.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and have fun while doing so.
• Well‑networked in the hospitality and gastronomy industry, or the ability to quickly establish contacts.
