Delegated Powers Specialist

About the role

Generali is seeking a Delegated Powers Specialist to support the Company and Corporate Unit in drafting, monitoring and interpreting Delegations of Authority (DoD) and Powers of Attorney (PoA). The role ensures that all internal documents are up‑to‑date and that managers have clear guidance on their delegated powers.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and continuously update DoD and PoA documents assigning permanent powers and responsibilities to AG managers.
• Maintain the tracking tool and matrix that records DoD, PoA, power thresholds and limits.
• Support the preparation of documents for the AG Board of Directors, BOSA and ODV to assess the adequacy of delegated powers.
• Assist other functions in interpreting issued DoD and PoA.
• Collaborate with People & Organization to draft the Atto Risolutivo for GCEO signature before a notary twice a year.
• Update internal rules on DoD, PoA and reporting, and manage notary appointments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year (preferably 2 years) of experience in a similar legal or management‑engineering role.
• Legal or Management Engineering academic background.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility, willingness to learn and good conflict‑management skills.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
